Project Governance
Presentation
The governance structure of Purple4Life ensures transparent decision-making, scientific rigor, and effective coordination across the consortium. Oversight is provided by the Granting Authority (CBE-JU) and the Project Officer, ensuring compliance with EU standards.
The Project Coordinator (UMONS), supported by the Project Management Team and the Project Manager, oversees day-to-day operations and monitors progress across all work packages. Strategic decisions are taken by the General Assembly, assisted by the Project Steering Committee, which supervises scientific and technical alignment.
Research and implementation are carried out by the WP Leaders and Task Leaders, while dedicated roles such as the IP Manager and Financial Manager ensure proper handling of intellectual property and financial compliance.
External guidance is provided by the Scientific and Industrial Advisory Board (SIAB), and ethical oversight is ensured through the Ethics Committee and the External Ethical Advisor.
This structure guarantees strong coordination, high-quality research, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
