Scientific & Industrial Advisory Board
Presentation
The Scientific & Industrial Advisory Board (SIAB) of Purple4Life is composed of an international group of experts who support the project in its mission to demonstrate the potential of purple phototrophic bacteria (PPB) as new healthy, sustainable, and circular ingredients.
Its members contribute specialised knowledge in metabolism, carotenoids, CoQ10, bioprocess engineering, aquaculture, and human health. Thanks to this multidisciplinary network, Purple4Life ensures that every scientific and technological advance is robust, safe, and aligned with the real needs of industry, markets, and society.
The SIAB helps connect the project with global trends in nutrition, bioeconomy, and sustainability, acting as a bridge between research and practical application.
